What You Need:
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Avocado
- Diced Jalapenos or Bell Peppers
- Salt and Pepper
What You Do:
- Poach both eggs. You can also do this with fried eggs…
- Cut avocado in half, take seed out, and put one egg in each side.
- Top with jalapenos or bell peppers (or both!), Sprinkle some salt and pepper and then enjoy your yummy, healthy breakfast/snack!
