Easy Fruit Toast

What You Need:

  1. 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese
  2. 2 Slices Rye Bread
  3. 4 Slices Pineapple (can get from a can to save money!)
  4. 1 Tbsp Cashews

What You Do:

  1. Toast bread
  2. Spread cottage cheese over both slices
  3. Layer two slices of pineapple on each slice
  4. Top with cashews
  5. Prepare to start your day healthy and energized!
