Mushrooms Pizzas

What You Need:

  1. 2 Portabella Mushroom Caps
  2. Marinara Sauce
  3. Mozarella Cheese (skim or 2% if you decide that cutting out bread isn’t enough of a calorie cut)
  4. Basil Pesto if you aren’t on a super budget

What You Do:

  1. Put the caps, gill side down, on a baking sheet and bake in oven at 425 F for 20 minutes
  2. Take it out, Flip the toasty caps over, and fill each cap with about 1.5 tablespoons of marinara (I like to put 2.5….I like a lot of sauce…) and about 1 tablespoon of the shredded cheese
  3. Bake until the cheese is melted (~2 minutes)
  4. Take out and top with the pesto if you’d like. :)
